HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR. (full time)

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource /Public Administration/ Business Administration. A Post Graduate Diploma or a master’s degree in health service management is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE: At least 5-years professional experience in human resource and administrative systems management, preferably with demonstrable experience in managing human resource.

• Proven experience of HR & or systems management within the health sector or tertiary institutions or commercial business sector an advantage

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Understanding of Ugandan Public Sector workplace statutes is a requirement.

• Computer skills: Proficiency in Internet, web-based operations, current software applications and experience in use of HR data base tools.

PRINCIPAL NURSING OFFICER (full time)

• QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum - Double Registered Nurse - Diploma /Registered Nurse/Midwife from a recognized School of Nursing. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a master’s degree is preferable.

•EXPERIENCE: Five (5) or more years working experience as a nurse leader at a reputable hospital. The candidate should have previous nursing supervisor experience. He/she should have technical knowledge for administrative responsibilities.

• LICENSURE: Must be registered with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council and hold a current practicing license.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/ MARKETING MANAGER (full time)

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of experience in various sales roles with a process-oriented, analytical and data informed work approach.

· Strong communication skills and IT fluency
